Passion Works Studio
supports collaborations between artists with and without developmental disabilities. Since 1998 the studio has created one-of-a-kind art pieces and translated artwork into items such as jewelry, ornaments, flowers, and greeting cards.Production of these pieces create employment for people with and without developmental disabilities and generate a renewable funding stream to continue arts programming.

Kate Gorman, an Ohio Arts Council Visiting Artist, recently lead a 2-week residency in the studio, creating 8' - 10' sculpture/totem poles of Mother Earth, The Sun and The Moon. Over 50 Passion Works Artists were involved in the art-making as they painted canvas fabric and drew images that were incorporated into the sculptures. We're excited to continue exploring this process and using these technique in new works of art. Thank you Kate! |

Second Collaborative CD, My Little Pancake Button |
 Passion Works recently celebrated the release of their second CD “My Little Pancake Button.” The CD is a collaborative effort between Passion Works Artists, Hocking College students who have been writing poetry together since 2000 and local musicians who transformed the words into songs. A HUGE thank you goes out to Deni Naffziger of Hocking College for introducing her students to Passion Works and to Bruce Dalzell who spent countless hours organizing, producing and recording the CD as well as serving as the Master of Ceremonies at the release party. Another big thank you to all the musicians and Factory Street Dancers for their amazing performances and to Emily Prince of ARTS/West for the use of their performance space!

 Passion Works Studio is currently seeking individuals interested in becoming Home Party Consultants. A Home Party Consultant is an independent business owner who promotes Passion Works Studio, its artists and product line in the homes of hostesses who sponsor a Home Party. The Home Party Consultant leads the Home Party through a short presentation, answers any questions the hostess or guests may have, assists the guests with their orders and ultimately works with the hostess to distribute the orders.
